If you'd like to pause your membership, then please contact support via our submit a request form and include the following details:

- Proof of purchase.
- The email address that your CITYPLAY account is registered with.
- The email address that you used to purchase your membership.
- Your reason for pausing your membership.
- The duration in which you’d like your membership to be paused.
NOTE: If you pause your membership, then your sensors will automatically unpair from your account on the app. This means that you will not be able to conduct any new activities; however, you will still be able to use the app and its features normally and view all of your past activities.
