If you received "Wrong Activation Code, please try again.", then:
- First, verify that you are using the correct application (CITYPLAY).
- Make sure that you are entering the correct Activation Code onto the app.
- Make sure you are entering your Activation Code in capital letters.
- If the app still says that your Activation Code is invalid, then follow these troubleshooting steps:
- Shut down the app.
- Re-open the app.
- Try entering your Activation Code again.

- Proof of purchase.
- The email address that your CITYPLAY account is registered with.
- The email address that you used to purchase your subscription.
