When is my membership's automatic renewal date?

Once your membership plan ends, your membership's automatic renewal will occur on the day of the month in which you initially purchased your plan. 

NOTE:

• Your membership only becomes active on the day that you enter your Activation Code into the app.
• Currently, it is not possible to change your automatic renewal date.
• All memberships will automatically be renewed unless you contact support via our submit a request form to cancel or pause your membership at least 24 hours before your next billing cycle.

                                                         EXAMPLE

If you purchased an annual membershp plan on May 1st, 2022, then your membership will automatically renew (you'll be billed) on May 1st, 2023. 

If you entered your Activation Code on the app on May 14th, 2022, then your membership will remain active until May 14th, 2023.
