If you'd like to renew your CITYPLAY membership then please contact support via our submit a request form and include the following details:
- Mention that your membership expired.
- Mention if you'd like to renew your original plan or purchase a new plan.
- Proof of your original purchase.
- The email address that your CITYPLAY account is registered with.
- The email address that you used to purchase your subscription.
After you re-purchase your membership plan, you'll receive a new Activation Code in the inbox of the email that was used to purchase your plan. After, follow these steps:
- Go to the relevant email and find your new Activation Code.
- Next, open your CITYPLAY app.
- Go to 'Settings'.
- Press 'CITYPLAY Account'.
- Attempt to pair your sensors.
- After, you'll be taken to 'Activate your account'.
- Enter your new Activation Code onto the app.
- Your membership will now be re-activated and 'Valid'.
- Now, go ahead and conduct a new session!
*Make sure to enter your Activation Code in all capital letters*
