How do I activate my membership?

Your membership is activated by pairing your sensors to the CITYPLAY app and / or entering your Activation Code into the CITYPLAY app.

How to activate your CITYPLAY membership:

1. Download and open the CityPlay app from the Play Store/App Store.
2. Create a new account or log in to your existing account.
3. After, a Verification Code will be sent to the email address associated with your CITYPLAY account.
4. Go to the relevant email inbox and retrieve your Verification Code.
5. Next, enter your Verification Code onto the app and press 'Confirm'.
6. If it's your first time activating your account, then follow the below bullets. If you have an existing account and you're attempting to re-activate your renewed membership, then skip to step 7.
   • You'll now be taken to the 'Start pairing' screen.
   • Attempt to pair your sensors. 
   • If your sensors paired successfully, then this means that your membership was also activated successfully. If this is the case, you won't be required to enter your Activation Code into the app.
   • If your sensors didn't pair successfully, then you'll be taken to 'Account Activation' where you will need to enter your Activation Code. Please refer to this article if you're not sure where to find your Activation Code.
   • Enter your Activation Code onto the app and press 'Activate membership'.
   • Your CITYPLAY membership will now be activated.
7. Go to 'Settings'.
8. Press 'CITYPLAY Account'.
9. Attempt to pair your sensors. 
10. After, you'll be taken to 'Activate your account'.
11. Enter your new Activation Code into the app. Please refer to this article if you're not sure where to find your Activation Code.
12. Your CITYPLAY membership will now be re-activated and 'Valid'.
