CITYPLAY's membership terms

CITYPLAY comes along with an annual membership plan. The price is clearly displayed on the Playermaker website.

The CITYPLAY membership plan:

• Only offers upfront payment options. The full upfront payment will be withdrawn from your account the same day you purchased your plan. 
• Your membership becomes active on the day that you enter your Activation Code into the app. 
• To ensure your convenience and seamless access to our services, your membership will be automatically renewed until cancelled, paused, or changed to a different plan.
  
  • Automatic renewal will occur on the day of the month in which you purchased your membership plan. 
  • To avoid automatic renewal, or if you'd like to discuss your membership preferences further, please contact our support team via this form.
  • In order to cancel or pause your membership, we kindly ask you to reach out to our support team at least 24 hours before your next billing cycle.
• There is a 30-day full money-back guarantee from the day you receive the product if you're not satisfied.
• The warranty for the CITYPLAY case and sensors is continuous, as long as you have a valid membership.
