CITYPLAY's membership terms

The CITYPLAY kit includes an annual membership plan, and the price can be found on the Playermaker website.

The CITYPLAY membership plan:

• Only offers upfront payment options. The full upfront payment will be withdrawn from your account the same day you purchased your plan. 
• Your membership becomes active on the day that you enter your Activation Code into the app. 

• Your membership will automatically renew until you choose to cancel, pause, or switch to a different plan.

  • Once your initial annual plan ends, your membership gets renewed at the price of 149$ per year.
  • Automatic renewal will occur on the day of the month in which you purchased your membership plan. 
  • To avoid automatic renewal or to discuss your membership options, please contact our support team via our submit a request form.
  • To cancel or pause your membership, please reach out to our support team at least 24 hours before your next billing cycle.
• There is a 30-day full money-back guarantee from the day you receive the product if you're not satisfied.
• The warranty for the CITYPLAY case and sensors is continuous, as long as you have a valid membership.
