    Mines been 3 weeks too! I have a horrible feeling they won’t be arriving. All I keep getting is an email saying there delayed and it will be 7 days! I knew I should of gone with my gut and not ordered from here

    When do you ship the orders?? Ordered 2 weeks ago. That delay maybe should be made clear to customers before they purchase especially leading up to Christmas….

    I am really concerned about this now not being delivered in a timeous manner. It should be made clear if there are delays at time of ordering. I have not received a tracking number or a dispatch notice as of yet. Can anyone that has already commented update if they have received?

    I have just received an email stating delivery’s can take up to 21 days. They have now added this to website which is super frustrating for people who have already ordered for Xmas gifts. Fingers crossed someone is able to do their job effectively and get the stock out ASAP.

    Yes ordered on the 11th of December and haven’t received any tracking number and not even an order number with a proper receipt! Definitely concerned… its now the 21st and still nothing. Submitted a request for help and got the robo email response.

    I have cancelled my order. Saying 21 days. I ordered the vest type, ordered Monday night and arrived Thursday.
