Can I change my shipping address?

Yes, as long as your order hasn't been processed yet.

If you'd like to change your shipping address, then please contact support via our submit a request form and include the following details:

1. Proof of purchase.
2. The email address that your CITYPLAY account is registered with.
3. The email address that you used to purchase your subscription. 
4. Your new shipping address.

NOTE: If your order has already been processed, then your package will be delivered to the original shipping address that is associated with your order number.
