Upon being removed from the CITYPLAY case, both sensors should blink blue (indicating that your data is actively being recorded).
What it means and what to do if your sensors are flashing a different color upon being removed from the case:
- No light = sensor is OFF or has zero battery. Plug your case into the charger to turn the sensor ON / to charge your sensors.
- Red light = sensor has a low battery and requires charging prior to your next activity.
- White light = Data from a recently performed session is stored inside the sensor and needs to be synced to your app prior to your next activity.
