If you received "We can't find this sensor's serial number. Please contact support", then immediately contact support via our submit a request form and include the following details:
- Mention that you received Error 54.
- Confirm if this is (or isn't) your first time pairing your CITYPLAY sensors to your account.
- Your left and right sensor serial numbers (please refer to this article to find your serial numbers on the CITYPLAY app).
- Proof of purchase.
After we receive the above details from you, we will help you resolve this issue ASAP.
