NOTE: Your Verification code is only valid for 30 minutes from when you initially received it.
What to do if you received an invalid Verification code message:
- Make sure that you are using the correct application, called 'CITYPLAY'.
- Check that you are entering the correct code into the app.
- If the app continues to say that your Verification code is invalid, then press ‘Resend code’ to receive a new Verification code in your email.
- Go to your email to retrieve the new code and enter it into the app.
Still receiving an invalid Verification code message?
- Shut down the CITPLAY app.
- Re-open the CITYPLAY app.
- Restart the Login / Sign up process.
