It is possible for multiple mobile phones to use the same CITYPLAY account as long as it is not at the same time. If two mobile devices try to log into the same account at the same time, then one device will automatically be signed out of the account.
For multiple phones to successfully use a single CITYPLAY profile, take into consideration:
- The CITYPLAY app must be downloaded onto all relevant mobile devices.
- Only one mobile device can be logged into the CITYPLAY account at a time.
- NOTE: The CITYPLAY sensors are paired to a user's profile, not the mobile device itself. This means that you do not need to unpair and re-pair the sensors when using the same CITYPLAY device with multiple mobile phones.
