A sensor blinking white indicates that it has stored data from a recent session.
If only one sensor is blinking white, the data cannot be synced to the app. Both sensors must be blinking white to successfully upload the data. To proceed with your next session, the data on the sensor flashing white must be deleted.
Follow these steps to delete the data from your sensor:
- Remove the relevant sensor from your CITYPLAY case.
- Identify the button on the side of your sensor.
- Use a pin to press your sensor button 3 times fast (this deletes the data from your sensor).
- Your sensor light should no longer blink white (validating that your data is deleted).
-
Lastly, place your sensor back inside the case.
- If your case is not plugged into the charger, then your sensors will go into rest mode and not display a light (to preserve battery life).
- If your case is plugged into the charger, then your lights will display the color according to your sensor's battery life.
- NOTE: If one of the sensors isn't displaying a light when placed back into the charger, please refer to this article for troubleshooting steps.
