A sensor that is blinking white indicates that there is data stored on the sensor from a recently performed activity.
If only one sensor is blinking white, it may be an indicator that the data from that sensor has not successfully been uploaded to your CITYPLAY application.
In this case, an additional syncing attempt may be performed by placing the sensors inside the case and putting them in close proximity to your phone.
Following this step, open your CITYPLAY application and the newly synced activity should appear as a new popup.
However, if the session has not been synced properly after multiple attempts, it is necessary to delete the data from the sensor that is blinking white prior to conducting any further activities with your CITYPLAY kit.
Follow these steps to delete the data from your sensor:
- Remove the relevant sensor from your CITYPLAY case.
- Identify the button on the side of your sensor.
- Use a pin to press your sensor button 3 times fast (this deletes the data from your sensor).
- Your sensor light should no longer blink white (validating that your data is deleted).
- Lastly, place your sensor back inside the case.
- If your case is not plugged into the charger, then your sensors will go into rest mode and not flash any light (to preserve battery life).
- If your case is plugged into the charger, then your lights will shine the color according to your sensor's battery life.
