There is a full warranty on the sensors and the charging case, as long as your membership remains active. You can read the full details of the warranty policy in the terms and conditions link.
If your sensor(s) or case breaks, then we ask that you please contact support via our submit a request form and let them know what the exact problem is. Product images and videos will help speed up the replacement process.
