Compatible devices with the CITYPLAY app

The CITYPLAY app is compatible with most iOS and Android phones and tablets. To download and use the CITYPLAY app, make sure you're using a device that runs one of the following operating systems:

• Apple iOS 15 or higher
• Android OS 8.0 or higher

And meets our hardware requirements:

• Apple iPhone 6S or higher

NOTE: When using the CITYPLAY app on a tablet, make sure your tablet is in 'portrait' mode, as opposed to 'landscape' mode. Please see the image below of what 'portrait' mode looks like.
