What comes inside the CITYPLAY kit?

CITYPLAY Box

• Contains your entire CITYPLAY kit: Quick start guide, CITYPLAY case, Left and Right sensors, Left and Right medium or large straps, USB-C Charging Cable, and a Cleaning Brush. 

Quick Start Guide

• Teaches you the following information: charging your sensors, light status information, downloading the app, strapping up the City Play device, and starting, ending, and syncing a session.

CITYPLAY Case

• Holds your left and right sensors. The CITYPLAY case is only a holding spot for the sensors, it does not charge them! The sensors should always remain inside the case unless you're conducting an activity or troubleshooting your sensors.

Left and Right Sensors

• The right and left sensors are labeled as 'L' and 'R' and should be placed in their corresponding straps upon conducting an activity. Each sensor has a light and a button. The button should only be pressed for troubleshooting purposes.

Left and Right Straps

• The right and left straps are labeled as 'L' and 'R' and must be mounted correctly onto your boot for your CITYPLAY sensors to accurately record your session data. Refer to this video to learn how to correctly strap your CITYPLAY device onto your boots!

Charging Cable

• A USB-C charging cable is the only cable that will charge your CITYPLAY device. 

Cleaning Brush

• The purpose of the cleaning brush is to clean the case connectors that are found on the inside and bottom of the CITYPLAY case. The connectors must remain clean and exempt from any dirt, dust, and turf seeds for the sensors to charge and conduct an activity successfully.
