How does the Referral Program work?

We’re excited to launch the Playermaker Referral Program, designed to reward you for sharing your love of Playermaker with others. When you refer a friend to Playermaker, both you and your friend can enjoy exclusive rewards.

How to Participate in the Referral Program

1. Opt-In to the Program

   • Look out for an email inviting you to join the referral program. Opt in, and you’ll receive your unique referral code. 

2. Share Your Referral Code

   • Share your code with friends, family, or anyone interested in Playermaker. They’ll receive a discount on their purchase of CITYPLAY or PM (in addition to any existing discounts). The discount amount varies depending on the currency:

     • $30.00 AUD
     • $30.00 CAD
     • €20.00 EUR
     • £20.00 GBP
     • ₪70.00 ILS
     • $20.00 USD

Referral Program Rewards

Earn rewards based on how many successful referrals you make:

• One Referral:

  • Receive colored straps
  • Get 1 month of free subscription

• Three Referrals:

  • Unlock 6 months of free membership

• Five Referrals:

  • 1 year of free membership
  • Earn a signed Manchester City jersey

• After 30 Days:

  • Your subscription rewards will be applied after 30 days and once the purchase has not been returned or refunded.

How to Track Your Referrals

• After each successful referral, we will send you an email notification confirming your reward.
• Please note, that you cannot track your referrals directly through your Playermaker account, but we will email you about your progress.

• Discounts: Your referral code offers a discount on the purchase of CITYPLAY or PM based on the currency, as listed above.
• No Limit: There’s no cap on how many referrals you can make. Keep sharing to unlock more rewards!
• Guardian & Child Referral Codes: If both a guardian and child opt into the referral program, their referral codes will be combined into a single account. The rewards will be grouped, and the family will receive one set of rewards, rather than individual prizes for each.
• Terms & Conditions: The referral program is subject to change, and rewards are non-transferable. Rewards will be updated 30 days after the referral purchase, provided the purchase has not been returned or refunded.
