How can I join a team with a code?

All our users who received their CITYPLAY device from their team, coach or manager have the option to join their new team with a code.

In order to join your team, please follow these steps:

1. While filling in your club details during the process of setting up your account, select the "Join with a team code" box.

2. Enter the team code that you received from your coach or team staff

3. Your team will now appear on your screen.

If a different team appears, you have the option to try again and double-check the code. In the case that  your code is still not connecting you with the relevant team, please submit a request form with our support team.

4. Once your team has been selected, you can check the mandatory policy waiver and submit your choice.

Once your information is submitted, your team will be visible on your profile, in the "Settings" section.
