How can I perform a soft reset of my sensors?

A soft reset is one of the basic troubleshooting steps performed in the case that your sensors are not properly charging.

How to perform a soft reset of your sensors:

1. Open the CITYPLAY app on your mobile device.
2. Select "Settings" and navigate to "CITYPLAY account".
   
   
   
   
3. Select the ⓘ symbol next to your sensor firmware version. This will open a window containing the information about your sensors.
   
   
   
   
4. Place your finger on the left sensor icon and hold it until the popup menu appears.
5. Select the "Reset Soft" option from the menu, as displayed below:
   
   
   
   
6. Perform steps 4 and 5 for the right sensor.
7. The soft reset for both sensors should be complete at this point.
